Notorious gang boss Shep Morrison (Cesar Romero) pretends to be a banker, a widower, and a father in order to court the charming shopgirl Judy Miller (Virginia Gilmore). To maintain his deception, Shep’s loyal henchman Frosty (Milton Berle) enlists young Detroit Harry Jr. (Stanley Clements) to pose as Shep’s son. The plan works, and Judy soon falls for Shep.
