Ogden Spencer Trulow III is a wealthy kleptomaniac who began stealing after being spurned by a woman. His psychoanalyst suggests that finding a new love interest might cure him. Ogden sets his sights on Sally Martin, unaware that she is involved with a group of crooks planning to steal a valuable necklace. The situation quickly becomes chaotic, involving two scantily-clad individuals—including one drunk—clinging to the cornice of a skyscraper, and a large gang of criminals all vying for the precious jewels.
