Overworked New York office girl Thelma "Teddy" Shaw (Ginger Rogers) seeks two weeks of rest and relaxation at a lively camp in the Catskills. Initially overwhelmed by the camp's crowded and noisy atmosphere, Teddy struggles to fit in. She eventually falls for Chick Kirkland (Douglas Fairbanks, Jr.), a college-educated waiter at the camp, despite an awkward start.
