Biography of a Bachelor Girl 1935 DVD - Ann Harding / Robert Montgomery

Everyweek News magazine editor Richard Kurt pursues pseudo-portrait artist Marion Forsythe upon her arrival from Europe, where she has painted—and possibly been involved with—notables across the continent. He convinces her to write her biography as a feature for his magazine. Meanwhile, an old beau, now running for U.S. Senator and engaged to an influential publisher's daughter, seeks Marion out in New York. Fearing that her stories could embarrass him, he attempts to persuade Marion and Kurt to abandon the idea of publishing her biography.
