Affair in Havana 1957 DVD - John Cassavetes / Raymond Burr

Mallabee, a wealthy sugar-cane grower in Cuba, blames his wife, Lorna, for the accident that has confined him to a wheelchair. Lorna, meanwhile, is having an affair with Nick, a piano player at a Havana nightclub. Unbeknownst to her, Mallabee is aware of the affair, having hired a private investigator to follow her. His twisted mind devises a scheme in which Lorna is manipulated into killing him. Although she refuses, Mallabee's trusted servant, Valdes, ultimately causes his death by drowning. However, the relationship between Nick and Lorna meets an unhappy end.
